RENEWAL POLICY FOR AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS
We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription. When we renew your Paid Membership subscription, we will use the payment method currently associated with your account. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not renew and your Paid Membership will revert to a Free Membership. If we are unable to collect payment prior to your renewal date, and you wish to retain your Paid Membership, you will be subject to current payment plan offerings. In certain cases, such as an expired card, our payment processor will contact the card issuing bank for updated information to allow the purchase to go through. You can view your payment method at any time by logging in to your account at LottoEdge.com.
Until you cancel, billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your purchase.

Cancelling Automatically Renewing Subscriptions
1. Cancelling an Automatically Renewing Subscription Purchased on ScratchSmarter.com
Our site is 100% self-serve. If you have purchased an automatically renewing paid subscription on ScratchSmarter.com, and would like to stop the subscription from automatically renewing, you can do so at any time by simply logging in to your account here and click on SUBSCRIPTIONS on the left side menu. Then, on your subscription record for your state, click the VIEW button
You’ll find the STATUS of your subscription and an ACTION BUTTON to CANCEL. Click on the CANCEL button.
When you cancel, your subscription will be put into a status of “PENDING CANCELLATION”. This means you’ll have full access to your members area and your reports until the end of your subscription period.
When your subscription period is over:
- your account status will automatically move from “Pending Cancellation” to “Cancelled”
- your access to the reports members area will be removed
- you will no longer be billed
- you will no longer receive weekly Best Games to Play reports by email
- And, we’ll be sad, but we hope that you continue to use ScratchSmarter with or without our reports!
Except as provided below, any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.
Seeking a Refund for Automatically Renewing Subscriptions
- Initial orders are non-refundable.
Our analysis is the intellectual property of ScratchSmarter. If you subscribe and access our reports, even one time, you have improved your odds of winning at any and all scratch offs in your state. Once a subscription is purchased, you have have access to our analysis and we have to assume that you have used it to your benefit. It would be simple for someone to subscribe, download our analysis, use our report and decide they want a refund. We work extremely hard to produce our analysis and expect to be compensated for our work, so our policy on initial subscriptions is in place to protect our intellectual property. We do not provide refunds on initial subscriptions.
2. Annual Paid Membership Subscriptions Purchased on ScratchSmarter.com.
If after cancelling your automatically renewing paid subscription you wish to receive a refund, you must email us with the request no more than fourteen (14) days after your renewal date. We will terminate your Subscription at the time of refund and your account will revert to a free membership, providing you access to our video content only. Your rewards points balance will revert to zero. Requests for refunds more than 14 days after the renewal will not be refunded. We do not provide partial refund for any portion of a subscription used.
If you choose to cancel your subscription beyond the fourteen (14) calendar day time period, any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded. Following cancellation, your Paid Membership will expire 365 calendar days from your last payment.
3. 3-month Paid Membership Subscriptions Purchased on ScratchSmarter.com
If after cancelling your automatically renewing paid subscription you wish to receive a refund, you must email us with the request no more than seven (7) days after your renewal date. We will terminate your Subscription at the time of refund and your account will revert to a free membership, providing you access to our video content only. Your rewards points balance will revert to zero. Requests for refunds more than 7 days after the renewal will not be refunded. We do not provide partial refund for any portion of a subscription used.
If you choose to cancel your subscription beyond the seven (7) calendar day time period, any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded. Following cancellation, your Paid Membership will expire ninety (90) calendar days from your last payment.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to revise the terms of these policies. Any changes made will apply to all subscriptions created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
