They stop selling the tickets!
Even with top prizes still available! This is known as the end date of the game.
They stop shipping that game from the warehouse.
And they call back unopened packs of tickets from retailers.
But opened packs of that game could still be for sale with the BIG PRIZES at the RETAILER! These games can be at the top of our reports!
The lottery has to wait for the LAST DAY TO CLAIM date to pass to make sure all tickets have sold and are no longer valid!
If the last day to claim date passes and the top prizes aren’t claimed all of that profit goes to the government!
