Scratch-off Secret #9

STRATEGY: BUY ONE TICKET AT A TIME & DON”T BUY THE NEXT LOSER!

TEXT FROM THE VIDEO:

You really only have control of four things when you’re playing scratch-off games!

  • What game you’re going to buy
  • How much money you spend
  • If you let anyone know if you win or lose
  • And how many tickets you buy at a time

Our reports help you decide what game to buy.

You know about your own budget. This is up to you!

Our other video secrets have told you that retailers are watching and playing too, so you know to keep your play private, as best you can!

But when it comes to ‘how many tickets to buy’- here’s a good strategy based on a few simple truths.

First truth.

The more you play, the better your chances are of winning.

So, your goal should always be to SCRATCH as much as you can without breaking your budget!

How?

Well obviously, you only buy winning tickets and never buy losing tickets!

Sorry I couldn’t help myself!

Of course, this isn’t possible!

But it is possible to create a strategy for buying games by simply understanding how games are designed.

Here’s a typical game, pulled directly from a lottery website.

This is the list of detailed odds and the overall odds for one game.

Don’t get overwhelmed by all of the numbers, we are just going to point out one thing.

Notice that the overall odds are never, ever, less than the detailed odds of any one prize level on the game.

Seriously – the odds are NEVER better for an individual prize than the OVERALL odds.  EVER.

This is the second truth we want you to know. And it’s true for every scratch-off game ever created, not just this example!

This means there is a simple strategy to play by: always buy and play ONE TICKET AT A TIME,

AND, STOP playing from that game roll when you hit a winner!

Because the odds of the next ticket being a winner are always against you!

Even though it’s not possible to only buy winning tickets and never buy losers…

the rule is simple:

when you win, never buy the next loser!

Play another Green game from our report

OR save what’s left in your daily budget to play another day!

Let’s look at how this works with an example.

Let’s say you have a budget of $10 and you’re playing $2 games.

If you bought all of your tickets at once and the first one was a winner, for 2 dollar games, the odds are that the other four will be losers!

And if the winner was just $2, which it probably would be for a $2 game, you just lost $8!

Compare this to “buying and playing one game at a time and stopping when you win”.

You spent $2 and won $2!

More importantly, you saved $8 by not buying all of those losers!

Use this saved money to play another green game from our report or save this money to play another day!

We know this example is extreme and you won’t always win on the first ticket, but over time, this strategy will help you scratch more often and potentially win bigger!
